Gigi is the Founder of Black Ink Bookkeeping and has lived in Naples for 45 years. She has worked as a bookkeeper and real estate paralegal with two local law firms for over 32 years. The majority of her experience is in the law office and real estate fields with experience opening and running businesses, banking, trust management and service industries. She has several years’ experience using both QuickBooks and Quicken. Gigi enjoys working with numbers, is extremely detail oriented, organized and reliable. Finding solutions to problems is her specialty.
Shanti has six years bookkeeping experience with a background in business, operations and data management. She has lived in the Naples area for 31 years and recently graduated Cum Laude from the undergraduate finance program at Florida Gulf Coast University. Shanti’s passion is working with individuals and small business owners to help them achieve the growth they imagined by helping them streamline their accounting processes and better control their bottom line. She is currently working toward her Financial Planner Certification. In her free time she enjoys travelling and entertaining.
Chelsea has served as an administrative and office professional for 14 years which includes 5 years of bookkeeping experience. She has lived in the Naples area for 29 years and is currently working to attain her Bookkeeper Certification. Chelsea has strong customer service experience, exceptional written and verbal communication as well as organization. She has been known as the “right hand” to her previous employers and her creative and effective ideas continue to be a great benefit to the company.
